I just placed an order on your website, how do I know if it went through?
You will receive an order confirmation to the email you added when placing your order, if you can't find the email, please check your junk mail as well. If you haven't received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service

Can I pre-book a product that are sold out?
You can’t pre-book a product that is sold out.

How do I use a discount code?
If you have a discount code you can easily add it by inserting the code at the checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
We're sorry, but we can't cancel an order that is already placed.

Can I make changes to an order that I placed?
Unfortunately, we can't make any changes to an order that is already placed. If something didn't go as expected we want to ask you to create a return and place a new order.

I saw that you had a campaign yesterday but placed my order today, can I take part of it today?
No, discounts and campaigns are only valid during a specific time. You will always find the current price on the website.

I placed an order yesterday and today the product has a lower price, can you adjust the payment?
No, you need to return your product and place a new order with the current price.

I forgot to add my discount code when I placed my order, can I add it afterwards?
No, we can't add a discount code after your order has been placed.

Do you offer giftcards?
No, we don't offer gift cards at the moment.

What is the time for deliveries?
We always aim to ship orders within 1-2 working days after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can see the different shipping options and costs for your country at the checkout.
The delivery time depends on your location, but is roughly 4-8 business days. The cost of the delivery service is calculated taking into account delivery address and weight of the item.
For international orders, your package may be subject to custom duties and handling fees. We ask international customers to prepare for that possibility. Fitness4happyness has no control over possible import charges assessed by the country's importers.

Can I track my package?

I received a shipping confirmation but can't see any updates on the tracking. How come?
Note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

What is your return policy?
You have the right to return your purchase within fourteen (14) days.

Can I make an exchange for a product?
No, we do not offer exchanges of products, only returns, and refunds. You, therefore, have to return the product and place a new order.

How do I register my return?
In the event that you return a product, the product must be sent to Fitness4happyness within 14 days from the time at which you received your return documents via email from our customer service.
- The product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.
- The product must also be in its original packaging, with intact labels.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us by e-mail and specify which products you'd wish to return. We'd be happy to send you the required documents for your return.

How long does it take for my package to be returned to you?
It will take about a week for your package to arrive at our warehouse.

How and when will I receive the refund for my return?
After your product is received by us and has successfully passed the check for the conditions of return, our specialists will issue a refund. If the product was paid for on the website by credit card or other methods of making online payments, the funds for the product will be returned in the same way to the same account. You will receive your refund at the latest 14 days from the moment the item arrives to us.

How do I file a claim?

We strive for all Fitness4happyness products to be of the highest quality. If an item in your order appears to be defective, we request that you file a complaint as soon as the defect has been noticed. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, as a consumer, you must register a complaint regarding a defect within a reasonable time, and as soon as you have discovered the defect. Defects that are discovered on goods within a reasonable time, 1 month, are valid complaints. The defect must be an original production error. Issues caused by normal wear are not eligible for complaints. If you wish to start a complaint, please send a picture and add a description of the discovered defect over email:
